The food on beach is not diverse with only a few simple dishes (there are not many seafood to choose from). It has only dinner buffet so there are no more options for us to choose. However this is great accommodation, especially the Kingbed bed... Xem Thêm

the breakfast buffet here was the best thing. There were plenty of options to choose and I didn't regret spending 3 nights here at all.

we have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Salinda Resort, the hotel is beautiful, although i did feel slight disappointed in the room, as i feel it could have had more decor in it, we had a hillside view, not a lot to see, our first night after a very long flight, we ate in the Il Muro itlaian in the hotel, we had a shared starter, a bowl of normal pasta each, and a bottle of wine, at $96 !! we think that's way over the top, but being so tired and not knowing the area, we just went there, the prices in the Cyan Pool bar are also way over the top, at least 4 times more expensive than outside, i fully appreciate that its a 5* hotel, but to have such a price difference is silly. i do recommend that they have a happy hour between 6-7, they would have clients having a drink before they go out and they would makes more money for the hotel. outside the hotel there is not a lot to do, the local places to eat are very cheap and good value for money, but as someone else mentioned they do need to clean it up a bit, its lacking the holiday atmosphere

Great property, service is good as a 5 star resort. We were able to eat in all 3 restaurants, the attention to detail is present, the food is delicious and qualitative. However I rated as “Very Good” because of a care I had at the spa. It was a “Spa combo mani + pedi” , final price with tax and service in VND 1'951'950 ... very expensive for Vietnam. The result of the manicure is appalling. I regret not having looked in more detail at once, because I was too eager to return to the beach ... I had to go the day after to a salon in Saigon to remedy that. In short, if you want a manicure, don't do it in Salinda, but everything else is perfect!

We spent a week at the Salinda Resort and enjoyed our stay. The good: - The rooms and grounds are spacious and well maintained - The breakfast is fairly good although there could be more vegan / vegetarian options. Bubbly offered for breakfast! Pianist playing in the background very relaxing. - The beach is pleasant enough and is suffering from less visible signs of erosion than a lot of the neighbouring hotels - The location of the hotel provides easy access to local restaurants and shops - The weather in late February / early March was perfect - The front desk staff spoke good English & were invariably helpful in suggesting local sights (some of which would best be visited at other times of the year) and arranging for local taxi drivers The not so good: - Being charged for an early check in after a 12 hour flight - being charged for a minor room upgrade which could easily have been given free of charge - The island has a real problem with refuse and rubbish and whilst the grounds of the Salinda are spotless as soon as you step outside onto the road there are noticeable amounts of rubbish and plastic on the streets & roadsides - The road outside the hotel is extremely busy during the day and as there is no pedestrian crossing simply crossing the road to go to the shop can take a long time - The prices of food and drink in the hotel are 2 or 3 times the price of food and drink at the local bars and restaurants. As a result of this the bars & restaurants at the Salinda were mostly empty during the evening as people preferred to eat and drink outside of the hotel Overall, an enjoyable holiday in the beautiful green surroundings of the hotel
