Good size room for a family of 4. Location is superb as it sits on top of Takashimaya and the main Nagoya Station with plenty of restaurants under and nearby. Easy to go anywhere with JR trains and subway underneath you, as well as Meitetsu bus station to anywhere outside Nagoya area, Nabano no Sato, Mitsui Outlet, Korankei in the mountain. Staffs were friendly and welcoming from check in.
· We asked the hotel to store our luggages for two days when we checked out (not staying at the property) and would come back into the city and pick them up, the hotel declined =( May be we were spoiled because all the other hotels we used to stay over the years were willing to accommodate us when we needed.
