i first want to note, that i am sephora employee (for two years now), however this is my first ever product review.

i have tried so many face masks for my combination/acne-prone/sensitive skin.

many of them were great, but this mask particularly exceeded all of my expectations.

i did the mask at night, after wearing a full face of makeup all day.

i cleansed first and then applied a thin layer onto my skin.

i left it on for the recommended 20 minutes and then rinsed it off and patted dry.

i will say, the mask did burn a bit - maybe tingle is the better word - but it wasn't awful enough that i wanted to take it off.

i didn't use any serums or moisturizers after the mask because i wanted to see the product work alone.

i woke up the next morning and was amazed at how soft my skin felt.

when i looked in the mirror, all of my red spots - from acne - were either gone or faded.

there was no texture to my skin, not a single bump.

there was even a subtle glow to my skin, which i though i could never achieve without an actual highlighter (lol).

also, all of my dry patches were gone and my skin tone appeared very even.

i'm so happy with this mask, but i have to be honest, $80 is a lot for a face mask.

i know that the high levels of AHA are probably the cause of the steep price, but you only get 1.69 fl.oz.

i feel like the price should be a lot less for the amount of times you'll be able to actually do a full face mask.

this mask is fairly new to my store, so i hope drunk elephant will consider enlarging the size of the bottle.
